World Children's Day

Children; the future stars of nation, dreams of their parents and dreamy eyes of the society. United Nations has designated every November 20 as Universal Children's Day. It's a time to promote togetherness around the world, awareness of the problems children face in every corner of the globe, and improve the welfare for all children.The occasion is celebrated every year in honour of children in more than 100 countries. The International Children's Day was celebrated every year in December. 
United Nations Universal Children's Day was established in 1954 and is celebrated on November 20th each year to promote international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide, and improving children's welfare.

Facts of Childrens’ Day;
- Children Day is a fun day with a serious message of protection and welfare of children’s rights.
- Children Day was firstly started in 1857  by Dr. Charles Leonard in the United Kingdom with the name “Rose Day”.
United Nations established Children Day in 1954.
United Nations provides a theme every year for children’s day.
Each country has established a date of their own choice for childrens’ day.

“Investing in our future means investing in our children”

World Children Day 2020 is on Friday, 20 November 2020.  Children Day is an international observance and not a public holiday. All the UN member countries celebrate Childrens’ Day according to their specified dates.
Children Day is a fun day with a serious message. International Children’s Day offers us an opportunity to promote and celebrate children’s rights that will build a better world for Children.
Instead lots of awareness program in the world, children are passing very miserable life. Child labour is extremely prevailing in the society. So, yes education, love, affection, food, clothes, shelter is their right. They deserve happiness and freedom.
