Terms of Service

Contract

When you use our Services you agree to all of these terms. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share and store your personal information. You agree that by clicking “Sign In”, “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing or using our services (described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with thebloggersclub.com (individual or company). If you do not agree to this contract agree our terms of service, do not click “sign-in” (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services. If you wish to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by closing your account and no longer accessing or using our Services.

Services

This Contract applies to thebloggersclub.com, thebloggersclub.com branded app, apps, communications, and other services that state that they are offered under this agreement (“ Terms of Service”), including the offsite collection of data for those Services, such as our ads. Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”. This agreement applies to both Members and Visitors.

Members and Visitors

When you register or sign-in to thebloggersclub.com service you become a Member. If you haven't registered but want to use some of the available features you are a visitor.

Change

We may make changes to the Contract.

We may change, modify this agreement, our Privacy Policy without your permission. If we make any changes to it, you will be notified and given the opportunity to review the changes. If any changes objects you you are allowed to close your account by your choice.

Eligibility

You’re eligible to enter into this agreement only when you are at least our “Minimum Age.” The required minimum age to be eligible is 13 years old.

To use the Services, you agree that:

  1. You must be the minimum age as described above or older
  2. You will only have one blogging account with your real name
  3. You are not already restricted by thebloggersclub.com from using the Services.

Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under minimum age.
