7.People who sleep even after the sunrise are more likely to suffer from non-communicable diseases.

8.These days people who consume broiler chicken are likely to develop Anti-microbial resistance(AMR) because these chicken are given antibiotics and it is magnified in human body due to biomagnification.

9.Nepalese style of sitting on the floor is very healthy style because it reduces the shape of the stomach so people eat only as required and helps to reduce overeating.
